đMailZero Transfer/Access Protocol (MTAP)
MailZero Transfer/Access Protocol is decentralized protocols operated, governed, and utilized by the MailZero community. This protocol allows community members to earn tokens as they engage with the MailZero Network.
In traditional email systems, such as those using the Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP), email messages are typically routed through centralized servers controlled by email service providers. These providers manage user accounts, store emails, and facilitate the exchange of messages between different email domains.
In contrast, MTAP aims to remove the reliance on centralized servers and intermediaries. Instead, it utilizes a peer-to-peer network or distributed infrastructure, where participants in the network can directly exchange messages without relying on a central authority. This decentralized architecture can offer benefits such as increased privacy, security, and resilience against censorship or service disruptions.
MTAP leverages blockchain technology or other distributed ledger technologies to ensure the integrity and authenticity of email messages.
MTAP incorporates encryption and cryptographic mechanisms to protect the confidentiality of communications, aims to provide users with greater control over their email communications, reduce reliance on centralized providers, and promote a more open and secure email ecosystem.
